Great CTRs from your ad pages, lousy conversion on your landing pages?

Isn't it time you earned a better return?

Rocket Your ROI with a
10-Point Landing Page Makeover!

You have a current landing page that isn't working as well as it should, or even at all. Your website/blog visitors or your pricey PPC-clickers aren't turning into buyers, subscribers, attendees or whatever you're hoping for. You'd like some experienced guidance on boosting its effectiveness and help turn your bottom-line from sad to glad.

You, my friend, just might need a “Copywriting Maven Landing Page Makeover.”

What do I have to do?

Step 1: Submit the following information (just copy and paste) via this Maven Makeover Email link.

  • Define your original goal: realize/increase # of sales, subscribers, attendees within a specific time (what have you). Be specific and concise.
  • Describe the problem(s) you're having reaching this goal. Where is the ultimate point of failure?
  • Describe your target market – demographics, where they are in a "buying" cycle (info gathering, looking to purchase, etc) and whether or not they have a current relationship with your company.
  • Answer the question: Why does your prospect need this product/service right now and why get it from you?
  • Provide any current metrics – click-thru rates, conversion rates, etc - you can share.
  • Provide the URL to your current landing page.
  • Provide the URL of the page or ad that generated the click-thru to your landing page.
  • What is the "retail price or value" of one item you're selling – or hope to sell as part of a lead generation effort?

Step 2: Make a donation to Heifer International for the value of one product/service sold at our Maven Gift Registry.

All "Maven Makeover Candidates" are required to make a minimum contribution to Heifer International equivalent to $50 or the full purchase price of a single product/service offering, whichever is more.

For example, if you're selling software or a subscription at $197 a pop, you'll be asked to contribute in that range. If yours is a lead generation program, then your contribution will be based on the full value of one product or service item you're looking to sell down the road. (You're welcome to make a more generous donation, but to qualify for a makeover, your contribution can't be less than $50!)

Note: Your gift may be considered tax-deductible. Check with your tax adviser for specific information.

When we receive your completed questionnaire and donation confirmation, we'll schedule your critique for publication on Copyblogger.

What will I get in return?

Roberta Rosenberg, The Copywriting Maven, will personally review all your information and present a smart, 10-point critique of the ways you can improve the effectiveness of your current landing page in an upcoming post on Copyblogger — so not only do you get fresh ideas to boost your revenue, you get a lot of new eyeballs for your product/service promotion, too. That's a win-win-win for everyone.

(Who exactly is The Copywriting Maven? You can read more about Roberta's marketing background here.)
